With people spending the majority of their time indoors, the quality of indoor air directly affects respiratory health, cognitive function and overall performance. Experts will explore the sources of indoor pollutants as well as the ways that building materials and ventilation systems affect indoor air quality, energy efficiency and climate resilience. Monitoring your building's performance provides essential data on pollutant levels, ventilation effectiveness and material emissions that affect occupant health. Attendees will learn to develop responsive strategies to environmental changes to ensure continued protection against evolving air quality challenges and how improving indoor air quality can contribute to occupant health, lower healthcare costs and more sustainable building operations.
